Defective or DOA Products
Express Systems & Peripherals understands how exasperating it is to receive a DOA product. Subject to the manufacturer's warranty requirements and restrictions, we will credit your account for any defective product returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. The carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product including cables, software, and manuals. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service before you return any defective or DOA products. At your request we can ship out a replacement product at no charge via UPS ground. Express carrier freight service charges for replacement product will be charged to the customer. Express Systems & Peripherals accepts product returns within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, product must be returned to the manufacturer. Due to variations in manufacturers' return policies, certain products may not be returnable if they are opened.
